Alluvial Property Group was created for one reason: to give Clunes sellers clear advice, accurate pricing, and a better selling experience. We’re Tim and Dean, and we both live in Clunes. We’re not commuting in, and we don’t spread ourselves across rentals or multiple towns. We focus on sales only, in Clunes only -  because local knowledge matters when pricing, presenting, and negotiating.
